HB-931 is specialized in the vehicle management applications. The HB-931 vehicle tag offers the vehicle with “the sole electronic ID card”. When the vehicle passes the checkpoint, the electronic message will automatically identify the vehicle via the safe database. That raises the efficiency of the vehicle management. The tag is widely applied in the City’s Intelligent Transportation System Management, Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) in highway, Vehicle Management though the Customs, Intelligent Residential Parking Lot and other vehicle management applications, etc.

The tag's interior is made of compound ceramic wafer. It owns the characteristics of thermostability and stability, etc. Even at 120 degrees, the tag can keep the perfect adhesive performance. Please remove the release paper from the tag before you attach it on the windshield. The tag is hard to remove once it is attached on the windshield or other object. But if it is forced to be removed, it becomes useless. So it also prevents removing the tag illegally.

Other features	a. High tenacity: Compared with the normal sandwich rubber, it is too adhesive to be cut off by knife; b. Thermostability: At 120 degrees, it can be as adhesive as normal; c. Transparency: It is transparent to see any pattern silk-screened on the tag through the windshield. It makes the windshield look nice if the tag is silk-screened any pattern on it. Also, it doesn’t influence the adhesive performance of the tag; d. Cleanability: This tag will leave no spot mark after removing from windshield; e. Being protected by special cover supplies the tag with longer endurance.
